Our mission is to provide efficient and friendly services that promote independence and enhance our clients' quality of life. We prioritize our customers above all else, ensuring their needs remain at the heart of every decision we make.
Reputation
We have an outstanding reputation throughout Staffordshire, including Stafford. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission under the regulated activity ‘Personal Care’. Our Registered Managers, Julie Hope and Michele Simpson, bring over 25 years of experience within the care industry.

About Us
“Jump 2 independence look after my mother. They pay her 4 visits a day. All the carers are very friendly, and my mother gets on with them all. One even does a dance for her when she asks. The poor woman. The carers have been wearing PPE throughout the pandemic, and follow all the guidelines. I've been told that they have not had any carers who have caught Covid in the whole company. They are very quick and efficient to call us when we she has any problems.”
