Oncall Manager

Pay: Shown on application

Hours: 30 hours per week — additional hours available if requested.

We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to support the operational running of our care services outside of standard office hours. This role involves supporting staff, responding to urgent situations and ensuring continuity of care across our services.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Confidence handling emergency and safeguarding situations
  • Strong organisational and rota coordination skills
  • Ability to support and guide care staff effectively
