An Overview of the services we offer
Supported Living
What Supported Living is:
Supported living offers accommodation with on-site or on-call support. Individuals have their own tenancy and home but receive regular care tailored to their needs.
Best suited for people who:
-Want independence with consistent support available
-Need help managing a home safely
-Benefit from structured routines
-May have higher or more complex care needs than outreach alone can meet
Community Home Care
What Community Home Care is:
Community care focuses on helping individuals access and engage with their local community, building confidence, social skills, and meaningful lifestyles.
Best suited for people who:
-Would like to engage in more social activities
-Need support building confidence outside the home
-Are transitioning to greater independence
-Want to develop life skills in real community setting
Outreach Care
What Outreach is:
Outreach care provides flexible, visiting support to people living in their own homes or family homes. Support workers visit at agreed times to help with daily living, routines, and independence skills.
Best suited for people who:
-Live independently (or want to) but need some support
-Are building confidence after leaving residential care
-Have learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
-Only require support at certain times rather than 24/7 care
Supported Living
What Is Supported Living?
Supported living enables individuals to live in their own home — with their own tenancy — while receiving the level of care and support they need to live safely and confidently.
Unlike residential care, supported living focuses on choice, control, and independence. Each person’s support package is built around their goals, routines, and lifestyle.
Support can range from a few hours a week to 24/7 care.
