Jump 2 Independence Ltd is a care provider within the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent area. The company began in 2005 as a Supported Living Provider for people with learning disabilities, mental health and young people. In 2012 we became registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care to people in their own homes.
We offer home care, supported living and outreach services, all available to provide you with personalised care, companionship & compassion in the comfort of your own home to ensure you live a happy life with choice and independence.
